    • Record a video of the package being opened in the presence of the delivery person as proof.
    • Ensure the video clearly shows the condition of the package and the product inside.
  • The video must be shared with us via email at admin@mrjpearls.in within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

3. Return Process

  • Once we receive your complaint and verify the issue through the provided video, we will arrange for a pick-up of the returned parcel.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive the returned parcel and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

5. Conditions Where Return or Refund Will Not Be Accepted

  • If the video of the opening process is not provided.
  • If the complaint is made more than 2 days after the delivery date.
  • If the product is found to be used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • If the issue raised does not pertain to wrong or defective items.

6. Shipping Costs

  • In cases where the return is accepted due to a wrong or defective product, MRJ Pearls will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For other scenarios not covered by our policy, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
